By using this website you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The Heart Foundation may, without notice, amend or modify its Terms & Conditions by posting the amended Terms & Conditions to this website.

Where we allow content to be uploaded on our websites we encourage you to upload content in any way you wish – by adding text comments, images or videos. However, we just need you to consider a few simple rules:

Any content you submit may take between one and three days to approve before publishing on the site. We do welcome and encourage many opinions, but we need to approve all uploads so we don’t expose you to inappropriate content.

Ownership
This website is owned and operated by the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Western Australian Division) ABN 99 863 968 377 (Heart Foundation, we, us and our). The Smarter than Smoking project is funded by Healthway and implemented by the Heart Foundation in collaboration with key health agencies in WA. These agencies include The Cancer Council WA, the Asthma Foundation, the Australian Council on Smoking and Health, Tobacco Control Branch (Department of Health), School Drug Education and Road Aware, the Child Health Promotion Research Centre (based at Edith Cowan University), the Health Promotion Evaluation Unit (based at University of WA) and the Aboriginal Health Council of WA.
Intended audience
This website may be aimed at persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 we suggest you obtain your parent or guardian’s consent before registering to use and interacting with this site.
All information provided on this website has been prepared in accordance with Australian law, and is intended for use by residents of Australia. Heart Foundation Programs & Merchandising
The Heart Foundation runs various programs, events and functions. Should you choose to participate in or attend any of these programs or events you do so at your own risk. Heart Foundation programs and events may have their own specific terms and conditions, which are separate and in addition to these website Terms & Conditions. The Heart Foundation may from time to time make available for purchase on its website/s certain merchandise (including but not limited to booklets & brochures, clothing, DVDs/Videos, pens, drink bottles and personal accessories).
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) a number of Consumer Guarantees may attach to goods purchased through the Heart Foundation’s websites from 1 January 2011 onwards.
