Addicted for life

I smoked for 18 years and quit cold turkey 3 years ago, the cravings have never stopped. My father still has cravings after quitting 30 plus years ago. Just don't start, not even "socially".

My dad used to smoke a while back, but stopped a few years before my mum had my brother, because he realised how unhealthy it was and he didnt want us kids to smoke as we grow up. He has never started smoking again.
